A fun secluded place located off the Pineda
Causeway. The shallow water is great for wading, watching river wild
life like birds and Horseshoe crabs, and fishing. Beginners at
kayaking will find this a great place to learn due to the shallow water.
Many also enjoy bringing their furry friends to frolic in the warm shallow
water. Please remember if you bring your pet to be respectful of
others and pick up after them. I recommend wading shoes since there
can be some sharp rocks and shells mixed in with the sand and silt that
makes up the bottom. B.R.
