Okay, for all the Chicagoans looking for some of their  “authentic” food, search no further, we here at Brevard Underground have found just the spot for you.  Located in Downtown Melbourne, Mustard’s Last Stand, offers the best selection of “real” Chicago-Style cuisine in Brevard County.    Although Mustard’s is mostly famous for its “true” Chicago-Style Hot Dog, it has a variety of other Chicago Favorites, ranging from the ever so popular Italian Beef to a great side of Garlic Fries.
